If you're looking to get away to the Carolina Mountains, then you have found the right place.

We are sure that one of our lovely rental homes in Maggie Valley will be just what you are looking for.

A few details about our rental homes:

• All of our rental homes are located in Maggie Valley away from traffic and noise, in areas that offer privacy and serenity but are still convenient to local attractions.
• Most homes allow pets (pet fee required). Please ask.
• Very few homes allow smoking. Please ask.
• Some homes have high-speed internet access.
• All prices include the cleaning and hot tub fee.
• Prices are based on up to four people. Extra $50 per week ($10 per night) for each additional person. For example, if the weekly rental for a home is $700, the price would be $700 for 1, 2, 3 or 4 people. 5 people would be $750, 6 would be $800.
• Prices are subject to change after this publication has been posted.
• All rentals are subject to a $35 reservation fee and 12 percent North Carolina occupancy tax.
• A $200 deposit is required to hold the reservation for a weekly rental. The balance is due at least 20 days before arrival.
• All homes require a refundable $200 security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded within 45 days of departure.
• Check in time is after 2:00pm. However, some homes may require additional cleaning and may not be ready for occupancy until 4:00pm.
• Check out time is 10 a.m.

Reservations:

Reservations are held for one week, allowing time for receipt of your deposit. The balance of your payment must be received at least 20 days before your arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel at least 60 days before your planned arrival, your payment will be refunded less a $30 administration fee. If you cancel with less than 60 days notice, AND the house is re-rented, your payment will be refunded minus the $30 administration fee.

There are many attractions in the Maggie Valley area. We are 35 miles west of Asheville, North Carolina, home of the Biltmore Estate. We are 40 miles from the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area and 15 miles from the Cherokee Indian Reservation. Whitewater rafting is available within a 45 minute drive and hiking and waterfalls are in your back yard.

Access to homes:

Please make note of the following:

Our homes are mountain homes. They are not on public roads. Gravel roads and gravel driveways are common in the mountains and many of our homes require you to use a short unpaved road or driveway to reach a home.

If the home is at a high elevation, the access road is also probably steep in spots.

For many of our homes, four-wheel drive or front-wheel drive is recommended. Those homes mention this on their individual web pages.
