This privately owned log home in Maggie Valley, North Carolina has it all!

Enjoy the majestic view of the Great Smoky Mountains from the spacious open decks. It's just a two hour round-trip hike to the Blue Ridge Parkway from your back door! Forget your worries and relax in the 5 person hot tub while taking in the view.

The layout of the home brings the breathtaking scenery inside. All the common areas have lots of space with huge windows. The master bedroom is on the main floor and has a king sized bed and walk-in closet. The bathroom has a claw foot bathtub with a pedestal sink and a large walk-in porcelain tile and stone shower.

The upstairs bedroom has large casement windows, ten foot ceilings and a queen bed. Upstairs there is also a sleeping loft and large bathroom. The full, walk-out basement has a playroom with a 31-inch TV and ping pong table. There is also another bedroom and full bath, and a large laundry room equipped with a tile floor, a folding table, ironing board and superb lighting.

The house is equipped with a built-in vacuum system with hoses and accessories on the main and basement levels, and a laundry chute that is accessible from the upstairs and main floor bathrooms makes clothes washing a breeze.

The two decks offer panoramic views of Maggie Valley and the Smoky mountains, and the lower deck has a porch swing facing the view. The home is decorated in warm colors with leather sofa and love seat, and hand crafted furnishings.

A wood burning fireplace will keep you warm and cozy on those cold winter nights. In the summer, the temperature stays in the seventies in the day and dips into the 50's at night. The home has central heat and air conditioning, and each bathroom has an additional supplemental, built-in space heater.

The elevation of “Autumn Falls” is 4,300 ft. The house is within a quarter mile of the paved, state maintained road, and the adjoining private roads are in very good condition, making "Autumn Falls" accessible year 'round, although a 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended during the winter months.

Autumn Falls features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths (1 King and 2 Queens) and a sleeping loft with a twin-sized day bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa, and there is even a gameroom in the basement with ping pong, a second TV/DVD/VCR and a Playstation 2 with 3 games for tenants to use!

Linens and towels are provided. Just bring paper products and soap.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel at least 60 days before your planned arrival, your payment will be refunded less a $35 administration fee. If you cancel with less than 60 days notice, AND the house is re-rented, your payment will be refunded minus the $35 administration fee.
